What prompted your interest to serve on the Common Council?: I have always believed in public service. The first seat I held was a write-in. I believe the Mayor should never have the opportunity to appoint. My sense of duty to the community and country has kept me involved.
Relevant Experience, Qualifications, and Skills: I worked for the State of Wisconsin for 26 years managing facilities for the Department of Administration, Military Affairs (National Guard), and Workforce Development. I am retired from the Navy with 30 years as a Command Master Chief (active and reserve). I also have 55 years worth of construction background.
