Open Book, for reviewing and examining the 2026 property assessment roll for the City of Lodi, is scheduled for appointments by phone on Tuesday, April 21, 2026 from 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Appointments can be made by calling the assessor, Associated Appraisal, at 920-749-1995. Instructional material can be obtained from the City Clerk for persons who wish to object to valuations under Wis. Stats. s. 70.47.
A 2026 Guide for Property Owners is available through the Department of Revenue.
The Board of Review will take place Monday, June 8, 2026 from 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM in the Council Chambers at Lodi City Hall, 130 South Main St, Lodi, WI.
