Economic Development

The City of Lodi is a unique community in Columbia County, close to Madison, the interstate, and Lake Wisconsin. Home to just over 3,000 residents and numerous businesses, Lodi provides a small town environment, with proximity to big city amenities. There is a standing Economic, Finance, and Human Resources Committee of the Common Council that focuses on making Lodi an easy place to start and grow a business.

Revolving Loan Fund

The City has developed a Revolving Loan Fund to assist local businesses. The goal of this business stimulation program is improvement of the business climate through preservation and development of:

  • Natural Environment
  • Tourism
